Lucky Leprechaun Giveaway Hop

Princess Marie-Victoria, heir to the Lily Throne, and Aelwyn Myrddn, bastard daughter of the Mage of England, grew up together. But who will rule, and who will serve?

Quiet and gentle, Marie has never lived up to the ambitions of her mother, Queen Eleanor the Second, Supreme Ruler of the Franco-British Empire. With the help of her Head Merlin, Emrys, Eleanor has maintained her stranglehold on the world's only source of magic. She rules the most powerful empire the world has ever seen.

But even with the aid of Emrys' magic, Eleanor's extended lifespan is nearing its end. The princess must marry and produce an heir or the Empire will be vulnerable to its greatest enemy, Prussia. The two kingdoms must unite to end the war, and the only solution is a match between Marie and Prince Leopold VII, heir to the Prussian throne. But Marie has always loved Gill, her childhood friend and soldier of the Queen's Guard.

Together, Marie and Aelwyn, a powerful magician in her own right, come up with a plan. Aelwyn will take on Marie's face, allowing the princess to escape with Gill and live the quiet life she's always wanted. And Aelwyn will get what she's always dreamed of--the chance to rule. But the court intrigue and hunger for power in Lenoran England run deeper than anyone could imagine. In the end, there is only rule that matters in Eleanor's court: trust no one.

  1. I got in trouble at school once when at our break me and my friends were playing hide and seek and all of us hid in a toilet stall and even changed our clothes so that the girl who was trying to find us didn't know which one of us it was that she had found, but she told a teacher and we got detention! haha

  13. I always got in trouble for asking my teachers "why". IN 10th grade World History my teacher used to get mad at me because I would answer questions in a way that she said "confused the rest of the class", because I love history and liked to explore little-known facts. So disappointing...

  19. I had misheard a friend talking about her father being in Kuwait as being 'in the quake'. That year there was this big quake in another state and when what I said spread, let's just say getting called to the Principal's office was the start of it.

  25. I was very bored in my early years so I was always chattering or daydreaming. One day I was braiding a friends hair and my teacher put me in the corner and whacked me on the butt. How embarrassing!

  26. The only thing I can think of right now is when me and some other kids from my class in our first or second year of high school forgot to bring something to bring to the class we needed and we got detention. Boo.

  27. I think one of the only times I got into trouble was in elementary school. Some kids were playing keep away with a kid's jacket, and they tossed it to me. While running, I fell down and scraped my knee. When the teacher saw that I was hurt, she basically said it was my own fault. I can't remember if she even gave me a band aid or not. lol

  28. I remember back in high school, my teacher was busy lecturing and I wasn't listening cause I was too busy drawing and doodling random stuff. My teacher noticed and scolded at me and at one point (she was really mad lol) carried my desk at the front of the class, took my notebook as well and told me to sit and draw at the front. I don't know what was wrong with me at that time but I did as she told and actually sat back down at my desk and continued drawing! Hahaha I will never forget the look on her face that day =))

  29. I can't recall a time I got into trouble. There were a couple times that I suppose I could have gotten into trouble with one of my English teachers. He was a jerk, especially to the girls. And I was once writing a note during class and he came up behind me and tried reading it. The problem was, I was using a yellow ink pen on yellow paper and instead of yelling at me, he just grinned and moved on. Another time he was being rude and I swore at him (the F word) as he walked away. I know he heard me too. And that was a rare occurrence for me. Sure, I swore a bit in front of my twin but not usually anyone else and certainly not adults.

  37. Once I told my teacher that she was acting like a dictator and didnt allow creativity even though it was a "Integrative Design Process" class. She tried to fail me. Luckily, there was an assistant teacher who saw that I did good work, but didnt work well with the main teacher. I got a B in the end!:)

  39. I was late a lot....mostly because I liked cutting the first 2 or 3 periods of school and going out to breakfast. It was so bad, that I had to go to my first 2 classes (Chem & Chem Lab) with 102 fever because if I missed a single class I'd automatically fail (even though I had a 95 average).

  40. I never got in trouble in school... but during my first year in college my group was bunking our class in college canteen when our Head of Dept. caught my bestie so when he summoned her in his office I went with her because I didn't wanted her to face the consequences alone, but thankfully he only gave us a warning and asked us to attend the class :)

  44. I was in the 8th grade..my former BF from Elementary from the time we got into middle school would tell her parents & the principal that was beating her up when I was no where near her or even socializing with her. In the 8th grade I got sick of it and made it reality.. I only got sent home because of school policy BUT the kicker was the principal finally realized who the troublemaker was...sweet justice!

  46. I once got trouble in school in my computer class. We worked in pairs of two and we were showing our finished activities to the whole class and everyone would give it a grade. Then one girl started talking smack about my project and my team mate. I was going to a really rough time, my granpa had just died and my friends were changing, so I kinda said a bad word to the girl. I got kicked out of class. BUT the teacher was really nice and came and talked to me. She didn't even send me to the prinicpal's office :)
