Nurturing an impressive body of work encompassing film and television, Breeda Wool’s career continues to evolve with diverse and challenging projects.

Breeda quickly became the breakout star of Lifetime’s critically acclaimed drama series Unreal playing “Faith,” a young woman from Mississippi who competes on a nationally televised dating show called Everlasting. Her character was so popular with the critics and fans, Lifetime created a digital spin off focusing on her character titled The Faith Diaries marking the network’s first-ever scripted digital short series. The Faith Diaries follows “Faith” and “Amy” as they travel to Los Angeles to pursue their Hollywood dreams and learn about their relationship along way.

Her other television credits include a starring role on Amazon’s web series Betas and guest starring roles on some of primetimes biggest series including Vice-Principals (HBO), The Affair (Showtime), Famous in Love (Freeform) and Midnight, Texas (NBC).

Segueing effortlessly between the big and small screen, Breeda starred alongside Lola Kirke in the film Awol which premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival. Originally an award-winning short (which she also starred in), Awol is an arresting love story between two people whose relationship is influenced as much by their environmental circumstances as it is by their sexuality. Her other film credits include the all-female horror-anthology XX: Don’t Fail which premiered to rave reviews at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, Automatic at Sea and Erasing Eden.

A native of Urbana, Illinois, she went on to perform in several productions throughout elementary and high school, landing her a musical theater scholarship to Wagner College. After graduating with a degree in psychology, philosophy and theater, Breeda moved to New York City where she performed theater, Shakespeare, sketch comedy and avant-garde movement dance. She also traveled the world as a commissioned street performer.

When not working on location, Breeda resides in Los Angeles and attends a weekly class at the Imagined Life Theater. In her spare time, she enjoys researching psychology, sociology and anthropology, Bikram yoga, playing volleyball and taking piano lessons.
