  7. The most embarrassing item of clothing that I ever wore were a pair of cotton striped pants with elastic at the ankles. I really liked the pants but everyone made fun of me and I never wore them again.

  10. I think the most embarrassing thing I have ever worn was some weird nylons, at the time they seem in style to wear with a skirt LOL, NOT!!! do not attempt this LOLL

  11. My mother had to learn how to sew since she couldn't afford store bought clothes. We were very short on funds but she made me some dresses and skirts that hung uneven (A popular style now). The kids teased me about my clothes a lot.

  17. I was in high school & college during the 80s...many embarrassing outfits back then! The worst was probably all the girls (and me) wearing mens boxer shorts as regular shorts on campus!

  20. The most embarrassing thing I've ever worn was a shirt made with t shirt material and was a horrible shade of brown. To set it off, it had pumpkin colored, poofy short sleeves! Hideous!

  23. Several years ago, I took a family vacation to the West Coast to meet his 100 year old grandma. My husband had bought these nice light weigh black pants for me, kinda fancy. So after a full day of hanging out with his family, we're back at the hotel and I see my outfit in the full mirror with the sunlight hitting me and notice my pants are see through... and I was wearing my white with big blue bows undies..... and everyone knew it.
